1) Okay yeah the bully deserved that but also WHAT THE FUCK. At the end of the day he's still a minor and some random streamer just walked on the school campus and started beating him up on live stream... and people liked that? What is wrong with the people in this manga. Also Japanese schools are supposed to like actually be hard to get into (and supposedly the guy was quickly caught but then why was he allowed in in the first place).

2) I kinda like the little flash back. It gave us a reason but didn't feel like it was trying to "redeem" the bully. It was like all I needed and felt like an epilogue to this intro arc. I will say it kinda blows down a house of cards though for this plot. Like on day one the bully was told by other students to stop and he wasn't being funny. I don't at all get all he managed to turn it around and keep it going. He also didn't sound that popular from his own flashback. Seems like there's just some holes here.

3) I feel like this man accidentally chose the bad ending route but thinks he's on the true ending route. Of course he was going to commit suicide alternatively, so maybe he is on the route for the best ending for him.
