That is because some unknown group / guy translated the chapters up to chapter 29 already and uploaded it with an opening page about the place he lives being flooded and hence asked to please donate to him.
I am not sure if the chapters were taken down because Mangasushi claims the "right" to translate this manga or if that opening page asking for donations violated some rules of mangadex.

Well anyway, the chapters are still available on pretty much any other free manga website outside of mangadex.
So deleting them on mangadex is as useful as splashing a burning tree with water when the entire forest around it still burns.

I am not suspecting anything.
I just know that Mangasushi is the currently active group translating this manga for a long time.
So respecting that activity by not "stealing" that manga is reasonable as long as Mangasushi translates the manga at least as fast as new chapters from the author are released.
That is a mindset many people (translators and readers) have.
Hence someone could have reported those new chapters due to that.

But it could also be that someone found that opening page asking for donations via paypal to be violating some rule or rules of mangadex or maybe it seemed too "aggressively" asking for money for them.

No idea what the case is.
But I simply think that one of those 2 cases caused the chapters to be deleted.
