Fries as usual at the end. That said, good fries are hard to make, great fries are harder. I guess it's easier if you do it yourself, but if you leave it to a restaurant... even if it's a good one, it's shocking how many times they fail.
Undercooked, overcooked, too old, not enough salt or seasonings, too much... I don't know if it's just where I live, but so many shops with supposedly good fries keep failing almost every time.
