@AlphaFlow I've seen much worse google translate scans. And its still better than the series that only get 4 episodes of quality fan translations only to be shut down by the creator who demands you learn the language or wait indefinitely for an official translation. So yeah anything that is semi readable is good enough for me. This is a fluffy isekai, not some dramatic mystery where the writing/context shouldn't be left to google translate. When there is an official and up to date translation, I'll 100% read it because this "0 effort google translation" was enough to get me interested. My need for instant dopamine outweighs my need for flawless translations.

Enough that they have a word meaning specifically "death by overwork" ("karoshi").
Reports of people working more than 35 hours in a row without pause or sleep, 100 hours a week or 3000 hours a year.
Mostly ending in suicide or heart-attacks at ages less than 40 yo.

Not all japanese companies are like that, but it is happening often enough that manga artists considers an employee from a "black company" the kind of character that people can identify with.
