The writing/world building continues to be pretty atrocious. They know that there is a huge drug problem at the school and that recently a huge shipment of the drug has arrived. (How they even allow merchant ships from the enemy nation, they know produced the drug, anywhere near their waters is beyond me)

How have they not just performed a huge drug raid on the school yet?
We know its because the author most likely has a fetish for passive MCs and for the opponents to bring horrors upon the innocent nobodys.
