Not even the worst decision he made this chapter. Even if he was as powerful as he thinks he is, there was literally no reason to taunt Ark with her brother and parents when she was already resigned to go along with it, thinking it would keep him safe. The ONLY thing it could do is steel her resolve. If you really want to torture her with that information, at least wait until as many opportunities for her to do something about it have passed, like right when you're about to hand her off.

To make her strong, he literaly said that he needed her to be strong to sell her. So he made her come to the academy, but since MC and his friend trained her like crazy she became strong way faster than planned.

And even if she had steeled her resolve, what of it? If she was sold like this she couldn't have done anything. I'm not sure how you think that her steeling her resolve, before getting sold as a sex slave, will make her life any better. She will been raped without someone saving her.
You seem to not understand human much. When he said that she would fetch a good price after she lost it, he was real. Her acting like this is a thing that would make a degen happy.
