Thanks for the translation

Well, it’s a good ending at least...only sad part is to not see them being more “lovey dovey”; I’m not meaning something sexy/hot, an embrace would have been enough

This really didn't do it for me. Part of it is the whole bizarre dead twin thing. But aside from that . . . I dunno, the feelings didn't come through for me, and I thought it was kind of disjointed. The way the transitions went without any warning might not have jarred so much if I dug the characters enough to remember them well. As it is, what happened is suddenly I'm looking at different people, trying to remember who they are and what their connection is, if any, to the people in the frame before. Then by the time I've started figuring out what the dynamics in the new scene are, it's another scene and I have to do it all over again.
It's not like I didn't want to like it--I'm a major yuri fan and of course a book lover, so yuri with a book focus I'm going to give a ton of leeway . . . apparently, this needed a ton and a half.

@Pendulum

At the part where they met up at the cafe, it skipped forward about 5-10 years to show that the two had either begun dating / gotten married and were living together. My guess is the mangaka got told to wrap it up faster than they had originally planned, so they did it this way to give some resolution.

I get where you are coming from. The whole twin thing made me lose interest some, but it gained back my interest by having the girls actually handle things in a surprisingly mature manner. Made me curious to see what else was going to happen.

Oh my God! Finally I find a yuri drama that doesn't revolve around a light-haired girl saving an insecure and melancholy dark-haired girl from herself.
Finally! A yuri drama with an actual plot.
It was great seeing a dark-haired female character in a yuri drama that isn't humiliated and portrayed as a basketcase, but instead as a reselient and inspirational young woman. One critique I have to give is that apart from the masquerade, Touka's sister dealt unrealistically well with her onee-chan's death. She basically just cried once and shrugged it off. If she had been a dark-haired girl in another, lesser yuri drama she would have dedicated her life to become her sister and would have become unable to deal with a confession from the girl she loved or her best friend.
But of course, light-haired female characters aren't allowed to weep pitifully or need the help of others to recover from a traumatic experience or have any weakness or real emotion at all really. But apart from that, this was a really great story. If only more yuri drama's like this one would be written.

Wow, what a terrible ending. Putting these two together is so obnoxiously forced. I mean seriously, why are they a couple? Where is the chemistry? Where is the bonding? I don't understand.

A friendship ending would've been 100 times better than this. If only I could delude myself into thinking this is a good story because their hair colours matched my preferences.

The ending feels lackluster. I wish it was streched out to a few more chapters to give it a proper ending.

I liked it but I wished there were more chapters and development between the two.

Was a good story for how short it was. I feel like it definitely should've ended with them as friends though

Well, I kinda liked it... My only complaint is that she moved on too fast. Learning the death of the older sister, then changing ships suddenly felt weird for me.

lol and of course Rikako is no where to be found smh

i gotta say im just glad this was so short... it was obvious they would just put them together but then on top of that Rikako completely ignored in the end another thing i felt would happpen

but yeah if anything if they would have just made the twin just not try to act like her sister i would have liked things alot more but instead more that half the story was on her trying to act like her sister and it was really annoying and then when she stopped it i started to like it better but then all the stuff with Rikako ( my fave of this) and yeah

but in the end im just glad it was so short all it all it was ok but really annoying to say the least

So sad that the ending is so rushed. The story had so much potential.

They should've atleast made it seem like.. Ayaka has been acting as her sister for a while..
And was slowly falling for her.... Cuz why did they end up together jeez
