The tl;dw is that this is just Heeko going over her night routine, how she takes care of her body before going to sleep. For example she goes to a world line where her house is built on a hot spring to relax (and so do many other versions of her, so it's pretty packed with copies of her usually). And pertinent to the skincare monsters thing, she says she goes to the skincare battle manga worldline to defeat some (weak) skincare monsters for their skincare products e.g. emulsions. she also mentions that that world line will be discontinued pretty soon (like a manga, i guess? axed?) and so it'd be best to hop over there asap. though this video was posted ~18 months before this chapter was released yet it's still mentioned here... perhaps time is a pretty relative concept here
also i know i said daily releases but that's probably gonna have to stop here for a bit. i'm a bit more behind than i'd like with the next few chapters, and i've fucked up my sleep schedule, so rushing those chapters out will lower the quality more than i'd like. it pains me to delay this just as much as it pains you to wait, but i'd much rather release delayed good chapters rather than rushed ones with lots of shitty mistakes like me mistaking merry for mary last time. thank you

i can release chapters this quick because i spent the better part of 3 months doing nothing, just rarely preparing these chapters ahead of time so i can release them in a row to make up for going missing for months at a time. if you average my release schedule over all these months it ends up being kinda ass to be perfectly honest

Other than being dragged, i'm surprised he would've been there if he's just gonna take a nap (tho sunbathing would sound nice in a cooler day/non summer if you didn't get burned, more so in like your own backyard or on a porch with a pet or so lol)
2+ hours, dang, i would've also maybe moved inside and gotten some shaved ice (tho i imagine you'd need to re-apply every hour, if not sooner if you're at a beach, at least spray on sunscreen makes it easier tho)

I wouldn't be surprised if there was some 'gov force' that suppressed ppl's powers or so, whether or not it's someone going out of control or a criminal (since some 'abilities' would prolly make it easier to steal. or some bs power like "I can duplicate anything by touching it so tech it's not stealing" tho i'm sure they'd be publicly shamed/frowned upon lol)

Japanese users really like Pikarun and Masa, but they reaaaaally love (and I don't blame then) Heeko, Mirai and Rikoteya. That's why this manga exists, after all.
