Not saying their struggles aren't real but hole mole is it a boring read. Medalion's manga meter would give this a 1. Couldn't give a bother to read the 1st chapter till the end. Maybe the japanese would find it more interesting since it is directly addressing issues there.

yeah it's unfortunate, maybe i can find the chapter on another site because now i want to read it. i anticipate that later in the story the MC, dying of leukemia, needs a bone marrow transplant but can't (because it's very hard to find a donor match for mixed patients). then when all hope is lost, God descends from Heaven and reveals that he, too, is half black half Japanese, and donates his own bone marrow to save her.
