It might also be related to just basic human supremacy notion.The guy sure talks a lot about human supremacy.
I wonder if he was former slave to non-human, or is he a mixed blood and hiding his non-human heritage...
Like when the Britishers Ruled Colonies, they gave harsh punishment to any local criminals, but if a Britishers committed similar crime and the government were forced to punish them, they got pretty light sentences and their living conditions in the jail/prison was far better than other local criminals for similar crime.
But the same situation didn't apply when British criminal committed similar crime in Britain.
Aka., the punishment & treatment a British Criminal received when they were in a colony versus when they were in their home nation was different even if they committed the same crime in both place.
This simply was related to the sense of superiority or supremacy (i mean the whole colonizing and treating other nations and regions as backward was a form of supremacy notion).
