He was too happy he slapped his hand away . Looks like the noble's entourage got nuked too, gonna be crazy if they managed to defeat whatever attacking them. Probably the wolf he let off will return to support.

Im guessing its the dragony thing we saw earlier. I feel none of the adventurers would attack him like that with soldiers around they'd be massacred.

My thoughts exactly, but after looking at the last page for a while I think I figured out the answer:

The odd super-large hand is probably not in a separate non-panel'ed panel, but instead actually part of the larger panel it's in. The nobles hand seems to be flying towards the camera (hence why it is super large), bloodily detached from his shoulder.
So presumably someone sliced it off (a shadow suggests in an upwards swing) when he touched mc, in a manner that instantly dyed all the grass below in blood, somehow. Also covering half mc in blood.

Okay, so Marugo and Juno were both after Sarasa, Marugo being more lively had more interaction with her, with Juno not courageous enough.
Keigo did a Cyrano de Bergerac, pushing favour towards Juno and making efforts of Marugo an annoyance for Sarasa. Keigo is such a bro.

I simply love that we have mc to actually train and learn skills, not just pull them out of his ass.
