I can't believe he wasted all the potion of regeneration for the hair of that punk instead of giving it to one eyed big bro.

Started out strong but the series got canceled and the last few chapters were just meaningless wrap-up.

A great example of "what could have been."

The sudden fairytale like romance felt completely at odds with everything before it. The author chose the worst conceivable set-up for a romance, and expected both the protagonist and the reader to just have blind faith that all of the red flags would be overturned.

  • I liked the focus on the MC's trauma healing. A lot of isekai just insta-delete all traumas from the MC as soon as he goes to another world, as if it was our world that was making them sick. In this manga, the MC literally refuses to learn the local language by sheer anxiety.
  • And also the fact he doesn't insta learn the local language is great!
  • The other characters POV is funny and interesting

I was enjoying it until you realize that the MC is getting set up to marry a prostitute/brothel girl. This is not my story so I am not gonna say that my opinion is all that matters, but I just felt bad for the MC. He is kind, he cares for his friends, helps them get with their seemingly wonderful women, he helps the town out tremendously, and he ends up with a poorly developed side character from a brothel.

Honestly the MC got absolutely hosed. Poor guy.
