She is trying to create a harem, so that she can become a shounen protagonist and receive a power necessary to repel the imminent alien invasion.

If you're talking about Blue, she's a friend who's helping out a friend. Besides the bust stuff, she's been pretty straightforward I think. Seems like Brown is the one that might not understand her preferences. If Brown is actually dating men (and hasn't said she's Bi), it makes complete sense why Blue never thinks she's an option and makes Brown's being OK with the bust stuff seem more confusing for Brown, not Blue.

Edit: "(and hasn't said she's Bi)" is added for clarity since it's apparently needed for some.

Anything with a black background behind the panels is a memory. Brown isn't currently dating a guy, that's a flashback.

In comics like these black, grey or generally colored backgrounds always indicate the past unless otherwise noted.

If you're talking about Blue, she's a friend who's helping out a friend. Besides the bust stuff, she's been pretty straightforward I think. Seems like Brown is the one that might not understand her preferences. If Brown is actually dating men, it makes complete sense why Blue never thinks she's an option and makes Brown's being OK with the bust stuff seem more confusing for Brown, not Blue.

Is that sarcastic? We're reading a story, so unless a character says they're bisexual I can only work with what's shown. Brown hasn't said anything about being interested in women? Obviously given the story and what I said in my comment, I assume she will turn out to be at least bisexual, but we're talking about her current understanding of her own sexuality. Unless I've forgotten something, she's not said anything to suggest she believes she's into women as well, despite the bust stuff. And with how awkward and apprehensive she's been towards Blue and the bust stuff, it seems like she is not confident in her feelings yet. Anyway, even if knew she were bisexual that wouldn't change my overall point, that Brown has sent mixed messages while Blue has been pretty straightforward. Brown is clearly still hung up on her past relationship to that man, enough that Blue feels the need to protect her from even seeing him. His return was foreshadowed a while ago, so he's likely playing a larger role for Brown's arc.

This really is a series that requires the weekly updates ^^" the last actual chapter was almost a month ago and reading this on just off the bat I felt like I had no idea what was going on, and I had to legit go two chapters back to understand what was hoing on xD because even re-reading tne last one I was still lost on how we got here and to even the previous one xDxD
