Actually, I think she's starting to figure it out. That flirting was a 100% intentional. She knew very well, how to shake up Ji-ho, and she didn't stop until she got the compliment she wanted.
She's at least somewhat aware that Ji-ho likes her, and that she herself is lonely/horny and want's Ji-ho's attention. I think it's just about time for her "am I actually gay?" moment...
Man that was an agonising chapter... Woo-Hui really needs to step up her damn game before Ji-Ho definitely moves on (kinda difficult since pink girl doesn't seem to be that into dating her anyways).

Realizing you're bi can be a painfully and infuriatingly confusing and slow process of going around in circles before it eventually clicks. It's often easier, especially in a homophobic society, to just focus your attraction towards the opposite sex and write off any any same-sex attraction as curiosity, sexual frustration, lonliness, etc much like Wu-hui has been doing. Now she could also be a repressed lesbian and her previous relationship(s?) with men being a comp-het situation, of course. But I am leaning towards the former (and hoping, bisexual characters in yuri are disappointingly rare).
I do agree that she's making progress in both realizing her feelings and realizing that she's not straight. Not only was she testing the waters and flirting with Ji-ho this chapter, she was also watching lesbian porn in a previous chapter as well, so the idea is already there. But I don't think she's quite there yet, and I imagine she'll require a bigger push to realize what's going on. And if I had to guess, that push will be her catching Ji-ho with Miss Pink-hair, whenever the author comes back from their hiatus.
