Unless the author is planning to write a rather short series compared to other romcoms, then it's going to get pretty annoying in a dozen or so chapters. So many other manga have fallen for the trap that is a post-apoc setting. Sure, it generates immediate interest in an otherwise ordinary setup; but it also severely limits the plots you can employ. The way I see it, it's either going to be:
-0 progress cutesy chapters which will quickly become repetitive
-Sudden shift to drama and little else
-Monsters appear and now it's a battle manga! (Why do editors even allow this?)

I would, of course, be happy to be proven wrong here. If the author can keep it interesting, awesome. I just can't really see it happening.
