Love buddha. I hope shiva vs raiden starts getting interesting now. I think the problem is Shiva, he's been surprisingly bland so far as a personality and as a fighter, compared to the first 4 gods. Mangaka needs to get into the shiva backstory to give him some depth.

At first I really disliked the Buddha, somehow he seems to have even less to do with his historical/mythical counterpart than the other characters.
But with enough hype anything can become great in this manga so, here's hoping we'll see more of him soon even though the brawl got cut short by the elders.
Also loved how they utilized that quote in the context of the manga, it was badass.

I get what they are trying to do with buddha like he is the closest to the human so his clothes and style is that of a human but picturing Buddha as a god is wrong in so many ways, I mean the whole buddha teaching is he is supposed to be a human that find peace, buddha isn't mean to be worshiped but followed & in their religion god doesn't exist.
