Drinking removes inhibitions, not consent.
Meaning that If consent was given prior to drinking (to sex) that it should be alright.
I'm assuming what the translator meant was that it's not right to take advantage when a person is not entirely in control over themselves, rather than saying that it's not right to do it while drunk.
