This manga is pretty cute and fluffy, so I assume there's no way it get too serious as to end up doing questionable stuff and hence, I don't see where it's trying to go.
Unless of course they change the way it goes which might throw away the cute and fluffiness away.

In OreImo, it wasn't a real wedding, it was a mock wedding. No idea about the "cousins" thing the other guy mentioned, but it's not in the anime. They are blood-related siblings. As for this manga, no idea how far they can go, but I'm happy as long as there's no drama( Though the vibes of these past few chapters is not looking good)

some other media may have changed it but kirino is totally his real sister in the novels. also in the novels while they say they "break up" it is HEAVILY hinted that they are doing it but doesn't actually say it, because it wasn't a porn novel so that wasn't allowed, for some reason. which is probably why eromanga sensei has them as non-blood-related so they can fuck openly.

Regardless of how bland I'm finding it at the moment, as long as they don't fuck it up and take the cowards way out like Oreimo, I will support this one til it finishes. After all, if you're going to write a story for degenerates, stick with your degeneracy until the end. To do anything else is a slap in the face.
Also if they pull some cliched bullshit 10 chapters from now like "oh by the way, turns out you aren't really true siblings" I will drop this series immediately.
