Site: Sort/Filter on Follows > Library

It would be great to be able to do following stuff in Follows > Library:

• sort titles in the library, by title, rating, number of bookmarks/readers, number of comments, number of unread chapters, etc.
• filter titles in the library, by tag, publication status, having unread chapters, etc.

BTW There is a similar request related to Follows > Updates (Site: Filter on Follows Updates), but I think it's better to keep them separate.

Priorities are exactly why it hasn't been done. Stuff like this is "quality of life" and is pretty low priority compared to more functional features.

That isn't "quality of life", it's User Experience, and the current User Experience with the library is shoddy, at best.

OH! And while your dev team is at it - Add a tracking cookie or whatever, so that it marks that dadgum Scammer Warning page as "read", and doesn't pop that up every single time you sign in to your account. It can't be that hard.

That already exists, in the local storage however, so stop clearing your site data all the time.

I clear cookies, cache and history periodically, and I expect to re-log and get the warning after doing that. I don't clear my site data after a single session, it's not necessary since I typically use a private window.

But even when I am using a regular tab, in Firefox, if I log out (not just close the tab), and come back later, I get the Scammer Warning. Ditto in the private window.

probably some plugin is interfering with local storage, the last time I saw the warning was on December when my main PC OS drive died and I replaced it, I also use an old laptop and the warning is not visible since the original login warning like a year ago.

This is the one feature that would elevate 'dex from excellent to near-perfect. I've got 6114 series in my library as of this post and right now it is faster to give google vague prompts to try and find a given series than having to trudge through dozens of pages and hope the cover art hasn't changed.

I actually was gonna suggest/request a sorting function for the library myself. Being able to sort and look through all the titles I follow would be a huge help in keeping track of things.

I asked this before from you long ago in Twitter i think, why do you guys don't add the feature to display or sort our Manga in the library (My follows) like the feature (Sort/Order by) which found in open filters in search section. Or something like that.

Many of us don't like that random sort of things which our Manga collection looks like, i prefer if i could sort my Manga collection by

- Recently added, so the newest Manga/Manhwa always on top. Which i prefer, makes it easy to reach.

(-i'am not talking about the recently added chapter, i mean sort it by recently added manga to my collection in my library. I'am not talking about any chapters here, the manga itself.. The time i add/follow it or The time that the manga itself added to MangaDex database which easier -).

Some prefer

• Title Ascending/Descending
• Highest Rating
• Most Follows
• Year Ascending/Descending

Man, I'd love that. Especially the ability to sort series by amount of chapters in a specific language. That way I could start with reading the shortest stuff first and make significant progress with my backlog.

As someone who reads manga whenever something is interesting in the title, cover image, and/or description and put its status in "Reading", the amount of Manga that has a "Reading" status in my Library has amounted to thousands and my MD Lists still accumulates as new manga keeps releasing. I think it would be nice to be able to search manga that I have already read in my own list, since it would be way easier to find it rather than searching through the entirety of the manga in Mangadex.

• Chapter page count
• Total chapter file size
• Length of chapter title
• Width of chapter title
• Luhn algorithm check digit for chapter number
• Sum of digits in chapter number
• Sum of digits in speech bubbles within chapter
• Chapter hash
• Largest prime factor of chapter hash
• Amount of hash smoked while working on chapter
• Date of chapter publication
• Time of chapter publication (irrespective of date, available in both UTC and local)
• Phase of moon at chapter publication
• Number of panty shots in chapter
• Number of bulges visible in panty shots in chapter
• Vocabulary level of chapter
• Palindromes in chapter
• How well the chapter makes sense if read the wrong direction
• Whether SFX have been transliterated
• Whether SFX have been localized
• Whether SFX were voiced out loud by typesetter while typesetting
• BPM of OP song for anime adaptation of title
• Whether @Hikineet has posted ‘Thanks for the chapter’ in the comments yet (don’t think we don’t see you being the most wholesome person in the threads, you shining bastion of hope for this crazy dog-forsaken cesspool of depravity)

This is the feature I have been missing most after the rewrite. I used to sort my library by last updated. Now I just scroll past my last updated feed where I see the same titles updated multiple times over different pages which is very inefficient. Obviously besides my case, i see a lot of use in filtering libraries.
