Or she's gonna keep getting praised and her jealousy grows to a point where she snaps and reveals her true nature and throws a tantrum in front of everyone (tho i don't think she'd be able to be 'demoted' considering lady jelly was able to run around)

I mean even if a saint "can" recharge a barrier it'd still be good idea to have a rotation of knights/adventurers/etc pulling their weight and protecting ppl so they don't take it for granted/in preparations of future saints that'd be like "OG Jelly" if not more ppl who are lazy/selfish even if they aren't as extreme in their rep
