I have full faith in Saint Jelly getting Leon through this. But this series has shown it's not adverse to heavy stuff, so I have to wonder what drove him to killing his father, and if it will be "equal" to the weight he's carrying.

My guess is that either the terror he felt in the moment somehow activated his OP hero powers causing his stick attack to be fatal, or it’s a misunderstanding and a monster killed his father and for some reason he’s misremembering it

I also think it's either of those two, tending towards the monster. him baseball swinging an almost weightless dead branch and one-shotting dad and making him bleed like he'd been struck with an axe doesn't fit the usual fit and finish this series has with both the writing and the artwork.

When she brought the grapes, they all then brought them to Ange in the first place because she's the one who would know how to cultivate them in the first place. This isn't her being behind Jelly, this is just picking up that plotline again now that Berger's dealt with.
