They were preparing to attack, but she technically did the first hit.
As for the setting fire to the home thing, well, she was out at the time so...

She's twisting the situation a bit, but hoenstly, it's just a matter of perspective.

They burned her house, it they did that to a human even if the human was not in the house it would be considered an attack against the human. As you said they were going to attack her when she attacked preemptively, which if it were between humans would still be considered self-defense and as such she would still be seem as the victim that was defending herself.
What you are doing is discriminating against the MC because at the moment she is a monster and taking the side of the humans instead of seeing what happened from a neutral point of view.

I'd say i'm being rather neutral and not discriminating.

As I said, it's a matter of perspective.
Both sides likely took logical actions with the info they had.
There's no moral ground to be made.
But nevertheless she twists the situation slightly to shine herself as the moral white. She really ain't the pacifist she claims to be man.

Also, I don't recall everything in the story, but at this point she's one-shotted enough humans to know she one-shots them.
She probably doesn't really care anymore and she really doesn't have any human morality.
(once again, not a negative, just stating she's a monster).

The last dungeon thing, she used Rasudan (ラスダン) in the raw which mean this is supposed to be a Japanese gaming term kinda like Lasboss. But the way that sentence is translated made it seems like Elro is the only dungeon in the world. I think Final Dungeon is a better term.
