Because the original scan groups pulled their scans from mangadex.
Since they don’t give permission to add their stuff to mangadex no one can add them back. The only way to see those chapters here again is if some other group retranslate the whole 80 chapters, which is a lot of work.

Pretty much, just that most hunters instead die, if its like in the LN. Korea looses only one, but Japans are all killed (dont know if its the same here, the webtoon seems to depict the japanese a bit more neutral, in the LN its already totally clear that they are straight up evil and try to stab the koreans in the back)
