Honestly true, as far as I have read the works from this author, he probably added the SA element with the idea of adding cheap shock value to his work while making the character seem pitiable, just watch the psychological effects of this chapter within the next 3-4 chapters because the author managed to convey the shock and pity and he doesn't this element in his work anymore and I hate this shit to core.

But after reading episode 58 too, I’m starting to think it’s actually pretty amazing that, even at this point, I still have absolutely no clue what kind of issues Shizuku is dealing with, despite all the cryptic things she’s been saying.
