Ye pragmatic thinking from this dude. I'm trying to find some sympathy for the wife but if you're gonna complain to your husband everyday of course his mind is going to go in this direction.

This entire thing reminds me of the nail video. Where the husband notices a nail in his wife's forehead and wants to remove it but the wife just wants to talk about the nail and doesn't want to remove it. It's one of things that show the difference in thinking between men and women. Add that the husband in this series is pretty socially weird. And well you get this.

Now the glasses women's son I wanna know what that little shit would say if he heard the full thing because despite him being right you shouldn't abort a kid you have to understand the nuance of the situation. It's easy to ride your high horse in ignorance.

The wife is a major C word. Your husband didn't just suddenly turn into someone who was socially awkward, you married him knowing that. And then you're willing to hold a grudge and hatred for him for the rest of your life even though he obviously regrets it and it's literally ruining your family? I pity the her that had to lose her job, but not the person she became.

Well, the mystery of their situation is now solved. Looks like the lady is the unsympathetic party, and the dude meant well.

Without a doubt this is stupid drama that stems from an awkward MC and a vindictive woman.

However, a lot of hate is being thrown towards the wife, but it doesn’t change what MC said was ridiculously insensitive and hurtful. Firstly, she’s the one who was experiencing all these tough symptoms and bearing through it for the sake of their family. Yet he suggested for her to abandon the child which insults and disregards her dedication to the family and their bond/love in making this child. Secondly, motherhood is without a doubt a difficult time and with all the hormones and changes it does to the body, the husband could never understand even half of what she is experiencing so of course she’d be irritated he could casually say what he said when she’s holding on this much.

As an observer he made a rash suggestion. This is a difference in perspective that is brought forth by gender where the woman was struggling to bring a child to the world and the husband can only watch and try his best to be supportive. Without clearing up the misunderstanding after all these years of course things would get pretty awful, although her way of handling it is super extreme and comically over the top since all this manga wants to do for now is promote suffering.

The other kid and the glasses mom is a strange mix to push plot. Personally, seeing things progress without outside influence in the family would be more interesting but im still interested to see how things play out.

God the manga artist really has a way with making the expression so impactful that they burn though the screen.
And the author really knows how to stab you in the gut with them feels.

Thanks everyone over at Senko-san's Abode for all the hard work on the translation.

Is it me or did he get it wrong? Unless the events took place in the same day, he told her it would be better to abort the baby when they were on the bridge, but it looks like it's what he said right after the doctor's appointment that caused her to partition the house.

My words what a fucking mess. The wife is a bit of cunt, the daughter is too precious.
The other kid is a little shit, his mum is weirdly over-affectionate and helpful to a total stranger (maybe she's the stalker one eh?)
Thanks for your hardwork!

Yup was figuring things would play out like that. Wrote in the comments of the last chapter that him saying those words would be imprinted in the mother's mind forever and she would always hold a grudge no matter his words came from a good place, a scared place or a stable one - doesn't matter .
