I'm counting on MC to sacrifice the daughter instead, but I doubt the author has the balls to do that.

MC seems to want to maintain the core games plot-line, and allow the Protagonist to be the center and defeat the final boss.

So, he probably won't interfere (except when the Mama's are in danger) with whatever the Protagonist does including saving the Elf Queen's Daughter (since that's part of the plot).

His perspective is completely distorted because he was an older guy before he reincarnated so he still thinks of himself as older. That's why he keeps calling the hero a lolicon even though the hero and the girls are all the same age, and he sees no problem with wanting the mamas because as far as he's concerned, he's the same age as them.

Now as to why he sees the girls as kids but not the hero, I don't know.

To MC, the only Female worth any attraction are Mama's. Anyone younger or non-Mama Females are all underage to him (I am sure he even considers 20 years olds as underage).

Basically MC's pov is quite narrow, as he only applies this standard to females, and not on males like the Protagonist.

To him, every Male should only be interested in Mama's, and should stay away from younger or non-Mama Females

Anyone not interested in Mama's is a "Lolicon", even if they are of the same age.

from an evolutionary standpoint, these world trees are continuously holding whole biospheres hostage for no reason at all.

My perspective on it depends on setting like usually the elves value tradition and sanctity(that also includes power) so having a tree that's important to the entire world kinda makes your species an invulnerable group. Thankfully due to their traits they aren't greedy or warmongering as it would clash with ideals.

But if the world tree were to die due to external factors such as evil shit happening or the tree dies of old age, you'd think elven factions would probably split into finding new ways to "sustain the world without the world tree" or try everything to fucking revive it. Most of the media i've seen that did the latter has always ended badly LOL.

solution? Probably plant world trees across the world but writing in media usually doesnt extend that far into worldbuilding.

So heres the thing....its kind of hypocrisy...even if tina had chosen to be sacrificed...the hero would have pulled that same "tina shouldnt be sacrficed" line...and wouldve allowed the mother. That lolicon hero couldnt keep that same energy, when it came to the girl he liked sacrificing herself....there was a problem...but when the mother who he had no emotional attachment...it was fine._.
