Why are there two different translator teams on this series? It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. I guess you guys have differing opinions on correct translation of the text. But whomever translated sexy lingerie as battle underwear is a fucking moron.

I understood immediately that was probably the case but regardless of this, the roll of the translation is to convey the meaning not the exact word of the text. For nuance is key, if you removed the pictures and copied the words to plain text would you have any clue that battle underwear means sexy lingerie? I wouldn’t be surprised if a Japanese person would also struggle to get the understanding for battle underwear as it is most certainly a foreign word and it even be pronounced phonetically.
