I was responding in kind, which was petty, but I don't regret it for a minute. Then what was the "Oinking" comment about, you hypocritic dullard? Do you even consider the need to make sense? I know bible thumpers are not fond of logic, but...
Then oh clearly superior being who is so much smarter and cooler and awesomer and epiquer than me, please do explain to this swine what's so great about these oyster pebblesPearls. Before. Swine.
Do you think reading it by volume vs by monthly chapter would be a better choice? Just curiousThe biggest problem this manga currently has is it's monthly release schedule.
To be honest, it really disrupts the pacing of the manga & sidelining the main characters for a whole chapter is not helpful as well. Waiting now basically two months just to see the beginning of tackling the main problem that Gojo has is a big disappointment, to be honest.
Don't get me wrong i like the current arc and how everything is unfolding but having to wait months for little progress is not helping this manga.
If the author doesn't watch out, this could turn into a downward spiral, with ratings & readers dropping as well.
This reminds me of how 'The Walking Dead' died & lost basically all of its viewers because they decided to rotate the story between different groups of characters, with whole episodes focusing solely on those specific groups.
You had to wait weeks until you finally got more & after that most people lost interest.
You wouldn't get itThen oh clearly superior being who is so much smarter and cooler and awesomer and epiquer than me, please do explain to this swine what's so great about these oyster pebbles
With slow build exacerbated by the monthly instead of twice-monthly releases, that would have been better at least for the Haniel arc.Do you think reading it by volume vs by monthly chapter would be a better choice? Just curious
Right. They were doing cosplay because it was fun and something Marin enjoyed and Gojo got sucked in too. Taking it from a hobby to a profession would suck what little joy is left out of it, I feel. It shouldnt be some quest for a perfectly designed cosplay, it should be to have fun helping Marin have fun with cosplay. If he cant find the joy in it then it time to stop.Who cares? The manga never established widespread recognition as a motive for the main characters! Only reason the old fucker author was even shown is to set up an arc of more cosplay for more old fuckers to ogle. I, for one, DO NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THAT and I doubt I'm alone in this. If this bullshit is what you consider "pearls" wasted on "swine", I suggest you work on your reading and your ego, which you don't come close to justifying
The direction of the story is likely based on romcom, with fanservice, I agree. But I think the amount of detail spent on romance vs cosplay speaks for itself.I've been reading this since Juju's arc and never watched the anime either, and to me this series started as a bog standard romcom where the cosplay felt like an excuse for Marin fanservice, made all the more obvious by her very porny tastes in characters to dress up as and the second arc adding a loli AND big booba character at the same time.
It’s a bit surprising that so many people miss this point. If a manga pivots significantly in tone, of course a lot of readers will be alienated.I'm gonna go further: the author started with a romcom specifically to get people reading it; would you invest in a series about the ins and outs of cosplay unless you were already into this niche hobby?
It was a classic bait and switch, and usually we don't like to fall for those
Apart from some "i'm 14 and this is deep" weirdos, most people didn't really miss that. Pages upon pages of complaints specially since the disaster nun arc kinda showcases that point. It’s a bit surprising that so many people miss this point. i forget this series exists. then I see a notification and read it. then I forget again.I've been waiting a month for this?
And people shit on Kanokari for having no progress.
Fuck this series.
anyway see you guys next month
Don't feed the trolls.why are you reading this manga? This is the final part of a major arc for wakana, do you even understand what this arc was about and is possibly leading towards?
but their responses give me life!Don't feed the trolls.
Ignore and move on.
