Very true. However the classes were divided at the beginning of the year completely randomly. I am pretty sure there are probably people with other skills that helped in other parts of the festival like cooking and such that were in other classes that helped them out during those parts. It's actually quite unfair: The other classes never had a chance when they were up against an experienced cosplaying aficionado. Furthermore, the cosplayer is supported by someone who's aiming and training to be a professional craftsman's relying on partially the exact skills needed for this competition as well, and who thus spares no effort and cuts no corners (except fabric corners).

In case u miss it, they already had that one, n got defeated, this one is their redemption arc...Well... It's how life works.
He's not cheating, and this scenario was created in this class by pure luck...
Let's see how they will do in the Sports Festival 😂 (if this manga ever has one)
So? Is it unfair that somebody skilled at something does that thing and wins? They're students with as much right to participate as anybody else, it's not like they were some pros brought from outside the institute. It's actually quite unfair: The other classes never had a chance when they were up against an experienced cosplaying aficionado. But in ch60 class 1-3 made some great curries, suggesting that they have a great cook in the class. Is that unfair? Should every person who can do something better than the average person be banned from participating in the festival? It's actually quite unfair: The other classes never had a chance when they were up against an experienced cosplaying aficionado. I don't recall saying anything about banning anyone. It was unfair, but life can be unfair, can it not? That's just life. Sometimes you have skills and talents that allow you to handily beat others in a situation/location where you didn't necessarily expect to use those skills. But in ch60 class 1-3 made some great curries, suggesting that they have a great cook in the class.
