Marin for sure is taking advantage of Wakana in many aspects. However I do not think it is a malicious form of exploitation. She is just egocentric spoiled brat who is unaware of many of her actions. She makes mistakes because of her immaturity. Of course Gojo is the main giver in that friendship but he receives social acceptance and Marin's company in return.
On the other hand Marin is aware of her feelings towards Gojo meanwhile Gojo is still torn inside. He is unexperienced and is lacking confidence. It seems that he just do not belive in that his relations with Marin could be anything more than friendship.
