Not happy with Gojou being such a beta simp in the last chapter. He confessed his love, but now he has had a software reset and is back to square one.

This is what I get for picking up and blitzing this series last week.

The brainlets on that twitter thread, though... "adding unnecessary drama" motherfucker what do you think life is? I want to see them have that kind of drama and misunderstandings and work through it.

I hope she does a sequel series sometime down the road...

Did someone have a sudden issue with the story showcasing a teenage girl in risque type of cosplays?

I know recently in the western social media, some people had been complaining about stuff related to teenagers with Vtubers and Cosplaying, with some even banning sharing of Marin cosplay as she is an underage character by western standards.

No? Is it that hard to believe that sometimes a successful mangaka decides to slam the brakes on her own, even if people want it to go on for longer?

No it's not hard to believe if something like that happen.

But usually, when an Author decides to end their series, they announce it well in advance (like an "arc" before, or atleast 3-5 chapters prior), and set the tone of the series to feel like it's heading to a conclusion.

Though for the last few chapters, it didn't feel like things were going that way, especially with how there are still some unresolved plots left to cover.

Aka., the announcement of the ending of the series just came in suddenly, as if it was decided just within a month after the release of previous Ch.113.

Which is why it feels like there is some other reason behind the ending, other than Mangaka deciding it.

I mean, even the whole plot of Ch.114 seems like a reuse of previous content, as a lot of it is flashback, suggesting it was created in a rush to create a penultimate chapter.

Yeah this feels incredibly out of left field and also very disappointing. I really wish the author the best but I can't imagine this is what she had in mind when she started making this or even the last 2 chapters.

"I have dreamed a dream. But now that dream is gone from me."
I wish it would continue on, but what will be, will be.
I will miss it. </3
