The f'ed thing about textiles is that is pretty hard to get consistent colors across a big span of time. If you buy a dark blue right now on the textile market, that very specific shade is what you get. In a month you can go looking for that same exact color and you most likely won't find it again if everything has been sold out. Don't get me wrong, you'll get something that looks pretty similar but putting the samples against each other you'll find it's not exactly the same.

At least that's my experience, living in a country where we import a lot of the textiles.
