Doesn't feel like it's an obvious escape scenario, at least not yet, as he hasn't really been built up enough for that. However, if an escape scenario comes, I suspect that'll be captured in the next chapter and then some time later he'll escape from jail after his character has been built up properly.

Yeah. An archer saying he has advantage in endurance battle. As if pulling a heavy bow is efflortless, and as if he has a quiver of infinite arrows.
Well, he already has a magic bow of seeing through things, so a quiver of infinite arrows is not out of question. We're in fantasy, after all.

Well, if you know how "Batman" operate, then unfortunately we need him "alive". Why?

Who send him? Is He working alone? What's the goal? etc..

Killing him will not solve all the problem. What if there's another enemies beside him that targeting MC and friends? Having information is a priority, we can kill him after all of that question is answered.
