Well the most obvious part is that it does explain his unusual powers compared to everyone else.
No, those powers could have been given by some god, or whatever in-story explanation.
Its called " Black Summoner " as sjmcc13 kindly mentioned above.
And it does even have a anime now too.
Just googled, and it seems like it is related to kuro no shoukanshi (iirc that one's english title is "berserker something"; I ended up dropping it at ch 99). Though in that one mc remembers his past life (unsure if he remembers details, but he clearly remembers having had one, and that he is an otherworlder), and is on a quest to being able to summon some goddess to lewd her up. Then gets sidetracked as some kind of battle-maniac.
So in that story it is relevant as he keeps on doing the same old isekai tropes, and additionally gets all chummy with jp peeps
Its not the greatest thing since sliced bread.
But i can serve as a OK time waster if you got nothing else to read while waiting for other manga´s to update.
Maybe it is the same story then, afterall...

To be fair, he is way more powerful then even other isekai´d people.
But sure, you can make whatever excuse you want for magic powers.

I put the manga on Hiatus and have sadly not picked it up again for a few years.
I started working an extra job and have less time to read, so i simply semi dropped it couse i found other manga´s more worth my limited time :/

WHAT?! The synoposis wasn't a lie?!

Great question. Next we should also ask why sometimes mc's (or others) have prophetic dreams that they can't remember (and not the fuzzy memories, or deja-vu kind of feelings allowing them to save the day. But rather actually not remembering.) all the time.

danmachi isn't, and never has been, an isekai though? That sentence is like calling "your lie in april" an isekai - utterly nonsensical.

Why the hell...

How did they make it relevant in that story? Were there other reincarnators, who identified him as one thanks to said bonuses?
Black Summoner, as mentioned in another comment, traded his memories for better abilities and the goddess of summoning, who he can't summon right away due to her level being way too high for him.

The first 19 or so chapters are a complete drag, but once you get past that, you start to see the MC is a battle maniac, and the plot gets quite complicated and moves around the ability to summon heroes from another world
and the former summoning god/goddess who is supposed to be dead but might be helping the demon lord
.

The MC interacts with the official heroes summoned by the church in another country and even, as a result of his connection to the goddess, summons his own hero and makes her a part of his party as he looks to tackle bigger threats and needs a party that won't die on him.
