This is probably one of the few idol story that I actually like, though I'm not sure I'll like it as much if it got serialized, the oneshot is just the right length mmm...

Started being an idol at 4, was already more mature than most isekai and romcom protags
Meanwhile I don't even have anymore memories of the shity brat I was around 10 years old 🤔

Was a fun read, hope we can see some more of them!

They shouldve added 2-3 more pages showing the classmates' reactions but I guess beggars can't be choosers.

I haven't liked an idol manga since akb49 but if this ever gets serialized I'll read it.

I'll take it as is, it's pretty good. If it does gets serialized, it'tll be even better.
Also, the lineup of Hanairo Étoile reminded me of 7th Sisters for some reason.

Right after losing her mother, a small child insists on doing a tv broadcast and the adults around her go along with it.
Then they eagerly wait for her to burst into tears on air.
And when she didn't, they act like it's she the freak one.

Either it was a brilliant portrayal of this soulless and exploitative business, or the author is just an oblivious wota.

I think some of the charm of the one-shot will be lost if it is serialized, but I would read it in any case.

@justforthelulz I agree I have had it with overly long idol mangas and that it being a oneshot is refreshing. But I find it somewhat annoying they introduced a quartet of "Alienated Friends" and just left it at that. I rather had seen they not do that, or that it was a bit longer so that that plotline could be cleared up too (preferably without all the stalling tactis normally used, ie. introducing them one-by-one where each gets an arc with them as the big baddie).
