What almost certainly happened is that this page was the Preserialization page and had the chapter, but it got taken over by the Serialization info (covers, links, etc·), so to fix this, instead of reverting the page and making a new Serialization page, which would have been best, a new Pre-Serialization page was made and the chapter was moved over, thereby displacing the comments.
