BBCode seems to be allowed in the biography section of user pages, under settings, so the following text displays a spoiler button:
However, it doesn't correctly display the "test" text when clicked – instead, nothing happens.
EDIT: Bonus bug report: BBCode is still rendered even inside code blocks – hence why I needed to add a zero-width character/soft hyphen in my example above, to prevent it from looking like this:
