I wouldn't really call it Karma, as it happened because of over confidence and the fact that it took 5 years and 4 dead Healers to reach this point.

Also, they are only now in trouble primarily because they are now useless to the Royalty and the Guild.
If they had survived without any major injuries, things would have gone on the same way as it had been for the past 5 years.
I mean, are the people around really that incompetent to not notice the oddity of 5 Healers (a class with low death probability) dying within 5 years in a single party.

Wasn't it mentioned before that all dungeons are connected to Yggdrasil as it's the primary one? Or did i remember it wrong?

As for the trope, yeah MC would probably heal all of them, but Feil is missing and assumed to be dead. So, how is he going to save her?

If Norn didn't save her, then maybe that butterfly accessory MC gave her saved her life somehow. Or else the Undead Terror fused with Feil after consuming her and she is alive inside that Undead Terror now as a personality.

The fate of Loki and his group was pretty satisfying, but hopefully Fei didn't die. (But if she's dead, I'd just say it was "a little too much"). And now that I think about it, it would be nice if the MC found them again in the future in such poor state. They would literally beg him to heal them, but he would just say “No” and walk away, leaving them in their misery, only to rub a little more salt into their ego wounds.

Tried to look for the meaning by using the Japanese name as per Raw (aka., "グンキノドンワ"), but still couldn't find it properly.
The best meaning I could come up with based on what I could find is "Dynasty of War" maybe? (really unlikely that is accurate).
