This whole manga is like if you took someone with a mental problem, cut away the problematic parts, increased the articulation by several magnitudes, and made them a manga character with a manga personality.
(reminds me of an old neighbour who had this issue where the speech part of his brain was somewhat faulty when it comes to the connection between thought and speech. So if he weren't consciously stopping it by speaking, his thoughts took over his mouth to spew sounds that almost were words (what he was thinking to be exact) but way too fast and jumbled and inarticulate. And I am quite sure there were other side-effects too, was a bit special)
