Literally all of this, plus, when she stated how she gained weight even while exercising, I assumed that was simply the added weight of her newly gained muscle mass, which also would have been a very normal result of suddenly doing a lot of sports (and yet another reason why weight and weight fluctuations alone mean nothing, really, when viewed out of context)
