going to guess: unlike her sister, she is.
Criticism: Ayano is not a Socializer, shes not been written as such, she absolutely wasnt a guild leader. By how shes been described so far, i would expect her to be an Achiever/Killer, focused on being The Best possible. Further this whole main quest is a GW2 situation: where everything is garbage because you require so many people that actually fulfilling the objectives is impossible with a small handful of people.
for anyone who hasnt looked into gamer psychology:
Socializer, Achiever, Killer, Explorer are mindsets focused on what people are looking to get out of a videogame for fulfillment.
Socializers want social interactions, primarily with people but also with the characters in the game.
Achievers want to perform tasks in games from winning PvP to clearing challenges to attaining rare titles
Explorers want to find New To Them things.
Killers want to Outcompete other players, either directly through pvp, or indirectly through races against achieving prominent goals.
(Typically these 4 are shown as a square graph, this is incorrect, Players occupy the relationship chart as a Vector constrained within a Tetrahedron, with each corner being a pure archetype)
Ayano cleanly so far fits the Achiever/Killer mindset of a World First Raider, someone who has a general competitive nature and is trying to be the best of all, but that they keep that as a Personal thing.
To be a World First Guild Leader, the person that organizes it, she would need to be clearly considering Hamura the Pikachu to be an asset to her goals of winning the Wish. She clearly is only thinking of the world as a videogame, but still accepted Hamura as her wife and the effort investment necessary to prepare food for her. She would be behaving like Lt Tanya with Hamura if she actually was a Socializer/Killer, someone looking to form The Best Organization focused on Raiding, PvP, or whatever other competitive content this world can have. it is EXTREMELY COMMON that World First guilds fall apart after a handful of years as the GL focuses more on being a killer then a socializer, and at least within my active decade of WoW, this has happened twice, and was more common in the decade prior
