Have you ever watched the OVA version of Kiss x Sis? I don't know if the TV version goes that far but if THAT can have an (arguably) non-hentai anime then anything can.

Fun fact, kissing with glasses on is a pain, and almost always ends up with giant smudges on the glasses that end up making them impossible to see through.
