LOL fake interviews aside , i have heard that ppl do get 'scouted' off the street, apparently it was some actors origins for some j-dramas but you'd think ppl would be taught about stranger danger (tho it's prolly more competitive these days with ppl wanting to be idols or so or using YT/Tiktok to go viral) [although that said even before all the open secrets got called out of hollywood and stuff, i wouldn't be surprised if there were 'predatory contracts' taking advantage of aspiring actors and such/underpaying and all that, even if you wouldn't give a 'nobody' the same pay rate as some A-list actor but still, tho one acquaintance told me he got paid 100 bucks for being a non talking extra, no wonder everyone moves to hollywood to try to 'make it big' lol]

I wonder how common it is to have a welcome party for a konbini worker versus an office worker unless (usually) it's literally in the break room as opposed to going out

Well, 'black companies' are a term that originated in JP so i'd understand it versus someone being super motivated as a teen (tho depending on the story or city/school, some students aren't allowed to have part time jobs) or right outta high school so they wouldn't have to rely on parents allowance or if they had cheapskate relatives or so

I mean filming aside, i wouldn't be surprised if there were ppl bold enough to proposition to hookup right away as opposed to using apps (although hookup culture aside i wonder how many ppl are careful enough to to make sure they dont' get stds or like a serial killer victim, although it would be amusingly convenient if there was some "STD/health clinic" right down the street from a cheap motel/love hotel)
