If I remember correctly:
Ren: Gluttony and Greed.
Motoyasu: Lust and Envy.
Itsuki: Pride and Sloth.

i haven't read any of the spinoffs yet but when I was grabbing the LNs to read I saw he had a spinoff with a synopsis along the lines of "spear jobber gets wrecked and time loops", i'm just hoping that's not what you're talking about because introducing something like that into the main series would turn him into an absolute fucking menace lmao

That series takes place in the WN continuity. Considering the character who starts it off by killing him has been stated not to be present in the LN version, I don't think you need to worry about it.

That series takes place in the WN continuity. Considering the character who starts it off by killing him has been stated not to be present in the LN version, I don't think you need to worry about it.

...There are LNs of reprise of the spear hero that very clearly takes place in the LN continuity. What you are thinking of is the WN version and New Reprise (the sequel to the WN version)

Seeing how the curse series is more or less a suicide prevention system by the weapons (catalyzing the emotions of the hero to the closest deadly sin) I don't see why any of the other sets of weapons wouldn't have it

Episode 6 of season 3, a lot of anime only backstory for Ren, has Motoyasu vs Ren, and the otherworld assassins (they may have played down or skipped Motoyasu's lust skill effects

Curse series pretty much locks them into a mental state corresponding to the Sin their curse is named after. So, they would pretty much self destruct and get nothing done as Heroes.
