I'm guessing this is another advertisement for a LN or WN since that's at 580 chapters and ongoing according to novelupdates

The WN is pretty different from the manga and I'm assuming the LN since it probably what the manga followed. For example he tries to not get involved with those two parties and instead parties with the 3 little girls. That one party with the two girls who kicked him were also a lot ruder in the wn and here just bratty

Yeah, it does feel like the author ran out of plot.

I mean, it's based on a WN that has hundreds of chapters, this is only an adaptation of the first part of it, so it's impossible for that to be the case.
