Basically it takes everything that's fun about gender ratio worlds and removes it. He wasn't getting approached by women because his "male" guard was protecting him, so it's basically just him and his "guy" friend for 30 chapters. He thought women were completely normal, but unlike 1:39 you don't see their crazy thoughts so it basically just reads like a normal world. At least in the manga so far it's showing women saying outrageous things which makes it more fun than the novel where we didn't see those things.

1:39 has a very dense MC but it still works because he says things every chapter that make the woman mindbreak without realizing it. The MC in this story is extremely dense but he doesn't interact with women at all outside his "male" bodyguard. It's like why am I even reading this so I dropped it.

Appreciating the comic premise. As a writer, I enjoy how the author commits to the single absurd rule of this world—the gender/power reversal—and lets the MC's 'stupidity' logically flow from that. The humor comes from him being the straight man in an insane scenario. It's a well-executed genre piece. Shout out to the scanlators and the author for the great work.
