The most reversed thing about this "harem manga", is that the male protagonist is not an insecure twerp with the sex drive and appeal of a wet sponge.
This guy, actually (gasp), is sociable! He actually WANTS the attention he's being thrown on!
What? A genre where many women fawn on 1 guy, actually has a guy who likes being approached? Impossobru. Everyone knows that a story about sexual attraction must have a protagonist who wants absolutely nothing to do with sex or relationships. Apparently it's the only thing that made any fucking sense to these authors for the past 30 years.

So I'm personally much more impressed with the protagonist, than the setting itself.

Unlike the other characters in similar stories that get wholesale swapped he's had time to live in this world and find out how it works and yet he still thinks every other person he meets is a guy or something.

Based on the setting, I'd say about... 20? That seems about right for the world.
