I had a semi decent Office chair before I bought the one I'm using right now. The problem I ended up having with it was that the built in headrest quickly became a shoulder stabbing torture device and the lumbar support was in the slightly wrong spot and started causing some lower back pain, so I ended up giving it away.
Office chairs are made for sitting on Them for 8 hours or more , for the Same Price-range You get better performance , You are the one who is going to buy Some-thing so It’s only a suggestion <3.

I'm generally okay with that kind of heat when the humidity isn't oppressive, but when the dewpoint gets above 20C, I tap out....
It's only sitting around 14 right now, so the humidity isn't that bad, but it's going to get into the 20s later this week.

The summer is probably going to be a lot worse since pretty much everything to the west of me is currently on fire.

But Pandas love heat and humidity? 😉🫠
Not this one. This one loves highs around 20C and overnight lows into the high single digits - the kind of weather where you can open up the house all day and all night, and just make do with an extra blanket on the bed.

Yeah, that's kind of taken on a life of its own the last couple years, hasn't it?

Bro, growing older, warmth are actually prefered instead of cold.

Especially when you sleep with comfortable temperature.

While it's normal for these fires to happen because of the weather, the amount of human caused fires in recent years is frustrating. It's really not that hard to put out your cigarette butt without setting an entire damn forest on fire...... among all of the other stupid ways people have started fires.
Yeah, but I carry around a non-trivial layer of insulation by default.
I struggle with the opposite end of the spectrum. I can't gain weight for the life of me, so either end of extreme temperatures just makes me miserable.
One cannot grow older if they die from heatstroke... which is increasing alarmingly in my country, and not only among elderly people.
A lot of the cities around here have actually started implementing "Cool down zones" where people can go in to get out of the heat and sun to get water and rest for a bit.

I expect this is going to be a trend both in places that are finding their summers are trending much warmer, like your area, and (in the opposite respect) places down south that are suddenly dealing with much more frequent cold snaps.

(We already get both extremes here - it's not uncommon to have a week or two in the summer that never gets below the mid-20's C range at night and tops out in the upper 30's, and to have a stretch in the winter that stays below -20C for a week straight - our big problem is increased incidence of extreme wind and rain events. Nobody likes flash flooding or a derecho in their neighborhood.)
