I'm so damn lethargic and tired. I can't get anything done. Tried cold showers or sipping energy drinks after work, all in vain.

Had a filling and the crown it is glued to come out....now I got to try to get a dental appointment before the holidays, and I don't know if it will need to be put off till next year's dental benefits.

I once went to get a dental checkup and found out I had 16 cavities. The dentist even took pictures for teaching purposes.Had a filling and the crown it is glued to come out....now I got to try to get a dental appointment before the holidays, and I don't know if it will need to be put off till next year's dental benefits.

It certainly wasn't appealing to look at, but the worst part about it was why it happened. Turns out I have combination of acid reflux and teeth grinding at night that completely destroyed my teeth.

Been seeing doctors since August 2022, finally got confirmation of a tumor in my head in July 2023, had another MRI in October 2023, a month later still waiting to get in front of another doctor to discuss options.
Fun stuff barely being able to function.
e. Hypoglossal canal schwannoma. That is...well I can't say whether it's good or bad news, it's benign at least. Problem is it is apparently quite rare (few surgeons are trained/practiced on it) and it's radiation and chemo resistant. While it may be benign, it'll absolutely still kill me in the long run if it's not removed. So that's neat. That's all I know at this point, still waiting on referrals to the sub-specialist/surgeon.

Take your left turn at your own risk intersections where the cars waiting to turn left in the oncoming traffic side block the view of any traffic you may be about to play chicken with while turning!

Just feeling a little down on myself. I don't like anything I make and I'm not satisfied at work, and it's gotten tough to feel secure in my relationships on top of that. It's just one of those moments where it's hard to believe there's anything likeable/worthwhile about myself; most of it is just in my mind so I don't feel comfortable venting to anyone I'm close to, but I can't financially afford to do anything other than vent, so here we are. All I can do is distract myself until I even back out. It's not great.
