I'll be honest with you, this is top quality work.
The cleaning is as good as it gets, the choice of font is fitting (including changing fonts to match the situation or emotion), the typesetting is flawless, I haven't noticed any spelling or grammar errors, and the translation is perfectly understandable.
On the other hand, punctuation is not always consistent (some bubbles end with a period, some don't), and the first bubble in chapter 6 page 16 looks off: it's the only bubble that isn't FULLY CAPITALIZED.
There's room for improvement, but it's very good work overall. I've seen official (professional) work worse than this. For a first time scanlation this is exceptional, even more so if you're doing it all on your own, so I think you should be confident in yourself and be proud.

Did she only start training everyone when she was already a granny in her old life? That would be kinda funny in its own way.
These guards definitely don't deserve any sort of sympathy though. Tf do you mean the veterans retired and that's just it? They're young and inexperienced. Fine. But they're also going "we haven't fallen so low so as" when they seriously have.
